While we are only in Chattanooga for our anniversary I can say a safe bet for good Japanese food is Sushi Nabe. With a quaint atmosphere and an impressive drink menu I highly suggest the beef gyoza since it has a nice kick. If you have the mouth for it the Hollywood roll is good if rather large and rice-less. The veggie entree is fabulous even people who like meat should def try it with a lovely little cucumber roll. The variety of sushi is impressive and well made with a nice ratio between ingredients and a myriad of sauces to dip with and any sushi that fits your fancy will be here.
